Before checking anything else, please make sure that you have uploaded the files to the root folder( or custom folder that you specified in the order). If you did upload the files correctly to the folder, than just as with the missing images, please check the version of your website displayed on the Wayback Machine. If you notice the same layout issues there as well, that definitely means the web archive’s Wayback Time Machine had not stored all the important files (CSS files for instance), so our software simply downloaded what was available there.
Note that the Wayback Machine stores many different versions of your website. Therefore, the files that are missing in one version might be available at some other stored version of the site. Therefore, it is very important for you to identify the most correct version of your website available on the Wayback Machine before placing your order.
